Ziegler Nederland Gets a Tumbs Up by the Labour Inspection

Ziegler Nederland got inspected in July and October by the Labour Inspection on Safety, Health, Welfare and Environment and not only complies, but  in all respects exceeds the requirements. “Certainly the awareness of safety within Ziegler is great!”

Situations like the fire at Moerdijk and the problem at Odfjel are causing increasingly severe and frequent checks to be carried out by the Labour Inspection. Since 1999, within the EU, the so-named Seveso II Directive is in force, which was implemented in the Netherlands by the Major Hazards Accident Decree.

Because Ziegler Nederland as specialized logistics provider has hazardous substances in its warehouses, additional monitoring on a major accident prevention policies must be in place. A secure trust in Ziegler Nederland is again confirmed once again!
