For the third year in a row we are Media Partner for the European LogiCon conference February 11th-13th in the Grand Krasnapolsky Hotel in Amsterdam. Retail, CPG companies and solution providers come together to discuss the current and future state of supply chains. The conference starts with a drill down day on Forecasting and Demand Planning. The theme of the day is: Innovating and Optimizing your Forecasting and Demand Planning Tools and Processes to Ensure They’re Future-Proof.
The two main conference days have main themes as well. Day One is on End-to-End Supply Chain Planning. Supply Chain experts for companies like Unilever and Tesco will speak about Omni and Multichannel Supply Chains and experts from companies like Dell and Coca Cola will speak about Lean in their Supply Chains. To top it off we will hear from Lego how to move towards a true end-to-end supply chain (brick by brick?)
The theme for Day Two is Channel Management Strategy and Supply Chain Optimization. This day is all about transformation and change and how to go about it. In the afternoon sessions will focus on transportation strategy, and topics such as sustainability and complexity. The day ends with a look towards the future with a presentation on 3D printing and the impact on supply chains.
